Rent a number for Discord
Rent a number to verify a Discord account
In Discord the number is required not when creating an account but when trying to use it: many large servers turn on a verified-phone requirement at the door, and without it a member cannot even post. The same request pops up when the anti-spam system fires. We rent physical numbers on real SIMs — the Discord code arrives on them as a regular SMS.
How Discord checks the number
Discord keeps its own list of numbers already used for verification and will not attach the same number to a new account — it is freed only after being detached from the previous one. Virtual and VoIP ranges are rejected at the input stage, before any code is sent: if the form refuses the number, the problem is the number type, not SMS delivery.

FAQ
Discord will not accept the number in the form — why?
The service rejects virtual and VoIP ranges before any code is sent. A physical number on a real SIM is accepted by the form.
Can I verify a second account with the same number?
Not while the number is attached to the first. Detach it in the previous account's settings first.
Why a number if the account already exists?
Large servers require a verified phone at the door, and Discord's anti-spam asks for one on suspicious activity. Without a number the account stays limited.
Will a code arrive when enabling two-factor authentication?
Yes, the SMS factor is attached with the same code to the attached number and is visible in your dashboard.
