Public offer (adhesion contract)

1. General provisions

This document is an official offer (public offer) for the provision of physical phone number rental services for receiving SMS, mobile proxy rental, and DID number rental (incoming calls and SMS) on the terms set forth below. Registration on the platform and/or payment for services shall constitute acceptance of the offer.

2. Subject of the offer

The Provider shall provide the Customer with the following paid services:

Physical number rental for SMS — provision of physical phone numbers (real SIMs) for temporary use for receiving SMS messages (verification, OTP, etc.) for the selected period.
Mobile proxy rental — provision of access to mobile proxy servers (shared/private types) for the selected period with the possibility of IP rotation within the tariff.
DID number rental — provision of numbers for incoming calls and SMS, with SIP configuration and call accounting, for a period of at least 30 days with the possibility of extension.
OTP activations — one-time provision of a number to receive an SMS code for the selected service and country. The service is valid within the waiting time shown on the platform; if the activation is canceled within the allowed period, the refund is returned to the balance according to platform rules.

3. Provision of services and payment

Services are provided after the Customer tops up their account balance and funds are debited in accordance with the current tariff schedule. Tariffs are published on the main page of the site and in the personal account. Payment is accepted by the methods indicated on the platform (including USDT cryptocurrency and others).

4. Validity and acceptance

The offer is valid until withdrawn. Registration on the site, balance top-up and/or rental order constitute unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

5. Liability

The Provider is not liable for the Customer's use of the provided numbers and proxies for purposes that violate the law. The Customer agrees to use the services for lawful purposes only. In the event of the Customer's failure to comply with these terms, the Provider has the right to unilaterally terminate all rentals without refund and to ban the Customer's account.
