How to top up the balance, how refunds work, whether money can be withdrawn, and why the price of a direction may have changed.
- How do I top up my balance? Every service is paid from the internal balance: top it up first, then place the order.
- How do refunds work? A refund always goes to the internal balance, and those funds can be spent right away on any service on the platform.
- Can I withdraw money from my balance? No. Withdrawing funds outside the platform is not provided — neither from top-ups nor from refunds.
- Why did the price of a direction change? Prices follow the market and may change at any time — including during the day.
